Abstract: THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CREDIT UNION PROGRAM IS A LIMITED DEMONSTRATION PROJECT WHICH WILL SHOW THAT COMMUNITY BASED CREDIT UNIO CAN PLAY A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. THE PROGRAM HAS SOME REPORTING REQUIREMENTS TO ASSURE MEMBER SERVICE NEEDS ARE RECOGNIZED.
