Abstract: FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE REQUIRED OF BUSINESS BORROWERS ANNUALLY AS A PRUDENT CONTROL MEASURE. IT IS STANDARD PRACTICE FOR ALL TERM LENDERS PRIVATE AND FEDERAL, AND FITS IN WITH BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS IN THAT TH SAME INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR REPORTING TO IRS AND THE TRADE.
