Abstract: THE FORMS ARE NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT THE DAIRY PROMOTION PROGRAM OF THE DAIRY AND TOBACCO ADJUSTMENT ACT OF 1983. THEY WILL BE USED BY THE DEPARTMENT, THE NATIONAL DAIRY PRODUCT PROMOTION AND RESEARCH BOARD AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT PAY DAIRY FARMERS FOR THEIR MILK DELIVERIES.
