Abstract: 21 CFR 7.70-7.75 IMPLEMENT THE INFANT FORMULA ACT OF 1980. THE SUBJEC REGULATIONS ESTABLISH CERTAIN REPORTING PROCEDURES AND OPERATING PROTOCOL NECESSARY TO PERFORM AN EFFECTIVE RECALL. RESPONDENTS WILL B THOSE INFANT FORMULA MANUFACTURERS THAT DECIDE TO INITIATE A RECALL OF THEIR INFANT FORMULA PRODUCT.
