Abstract: IT IS NECESSARY THAT THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR HAVE CORRECT INFORMATION ON ACTIVE WATER RIGHTS OF THE TRUCKEE-CARSON CONSERVANCY DISTRICT TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDERS TO ESTABLISH OPERATING CRITERIA T MAXIMIZE WATER SUPPLIES FOR FISH AND WILDLIFE AND THE PYRAMID LAKE PAIUTE TRIBE.
