Abstract: A MONTHLY REPORT OF OPERATIONS IS SUBMITTED BY LESSEES INVOLVED IN OIL AND GAS OPERATIONS ON THE OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED BY MMS TO ENSURE THAT LESSEES ARE DILIGENT IN DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION ON LEASED LANDS AND THAT PROPER ROYALTIES ARE BEING SUBMITTED TO THE DEPARTMENT.
