Abstract: THE NEED IS TO DETERMINE THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STUDENTS' BASKC SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND PARTICIPATION IN DIFFERENT CURRICULAR PROGRAMS. FINDINGS SHOULD LEAD TO BETTER BASIC SKILL PERFORMANCE IN SCHOOL AND WORK SETTINGS. THE RESPONDENTS ARE HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND SENIORS ENROLLED IN ACADEMIC, GENERAL, AND VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS AS WELL AS THEIR TEACHERS AND WORK SITE SUPERVISORS.
