Abstract: EPA REQUIRES CERTAIN INFO. FROM FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES SEEKING TO SHIP AND USE UNREGISTERED PESTICIDES TEMPORARILY UNDER EMERGENCY CONDITIONS. BEFORE ISSUING AN EXEMPTION, THE AGENCY WILL REVIEW THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE IF AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND IF THE USE OF THE PESTICIDE WILL PRESENT UNREASONABLE HAZARDS.
