Abstract: SECTION 76.209 REQUIRES THAT LICENSEES OF CABLE TV SYSTEMS NOTIFY, IN DETAIL, PERSON OR GROUP ON WHICH PERSONAL ATTACK WAS MADE OR OPPONENT OF CANDIDATE ENDORSED BY LICENSEE IN EDITORIAL. THIS NOTIFICATION GIVES THE PERSON OR GROUP THE RIGHT TO RESPOND OVER THE LICENSEE'S FACILITIES AND SERVES THE PUBLIC INTEREST.
