Abstract: NRC FORM 354 PROVIDES NECESSARY SECURITY BACKGROUND DATA ON SPOUSES OF INDIVIDUALS APPLYING FOR (OR WHO HAVE BEEN GRANTED) NRC ACCESS AUTHROIZATIONS. THE DATA IS EVALUATED UNDER REQUIREMENTS OF E.O.'S 10450 AND 10865, 10 CFR PART 10, AND THE ATOMIC ENERGY ACT OF 1954, AS AMENDED, TO ENSURE ONLY INDIVIDUALS POSSESSING UNQUESTIONED CHARACTER, ASSOCIATIONS AND LOYALTY ARE GRANTED ACCESS.
