Abstract: SBA FORM 747 IS USED FOR COLLECTING DATA DURING THE COURSE OF AN ON-SI REVIEW TO DETERMINE THE COMPLIANCE STATUS OF THE RECIPIENT, TO ASCERTA IF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED, AND TO SATISFY MANDATORY ANNUAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR CONGRESS AND BUDGET PURPOSES. INFORMATION IS GATHERED BY THE REVIEWER FROM RECORDS ROUTINELY KEPT BY THE COMPANY AND THROUGH INTERVIEWS WITH EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS OF THE RECIPIENT BUSINESS.
