Abstract: EEO PROGRAMS, CIVIL RIGHTS LAW ENFORCEMENT, EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION SBA FORM 747 IS USED FOR COLLECTING DATA DURING THE COURSE OF AN ON-SITE REVIEW TO DETERMINE THE COMPLIANCE STATUS OF THE RECIPIENT, TO ASCERTAIN IF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED, AND TO SATISFY MANDATORY ANNUAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR CONGRESS AND BUDGET PURPOSES.
