INCORPORATED IN THE NATIONAL INCOM ACCOUNTS. DATA ALSO ARE USED BY
OFFICIALS AND RESEARCHERS IN ANALYSIS OF STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCES,
IN LONG-ESTABLISHED CENSUS BUREAU REPORTS, AND TO DETERMINE REVENUE
SHARING ENTITLEMENTS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
