Abstract: THE FORM F-5 IS USED TO COLLECT TAX DATA FROM STATE GOVERNMENTS AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. DATA ARE INCORPORATED IN THE NATIONAL INCOM ACCOUNTS. DATA ALSO ARE USED BY OFFICIALS AND RESEARCHERS IN ANALYSIS OF STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCES, IN LONG-ESTABLISHED CENSUS BUREAU REPORTS, AND TO DETERMINE REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENTS.
