Abstract: THE PROJECT LICENSE PROCEDURE WAS DEVELOPED TO PROVIDE A SINGLE LICENS FOR THE EXPORT OF COMMODITIES NEEDED FOR LARGE-SCALE OVERSEAS OPERATIONS. IT ELIMINATES THE NECESSITY FOR THE FILING AND PROCESSING OF NUMERIOUS INDIVIDUAL EXPORT LICENSE APPLICATIONS.
