Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION WILL BE USED BY STATE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES (TITLE IV-D) TO REQUEST ADDRESS INFORMATION TO BE USED FOR LOCATING PERSONS IN CASES OF PARENTAL KIDNAPPING OR CHILD CUSTODY DETERMINATIONS. THIS IS A NONFEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAM AND IS OFFERED AS A SERVICE TO STATES ON A COST-REIMBURSABLE BASIS.
