Abstract: THE PAYOR INFORMATION FORM (PIF) WILL PROVIDE PREVIOUSLY UNAVAILABLE INFORMATION ABOUT FEDERAL AND INDIAN OIL-AND-GAS LEASE PRODUCTION, ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ACCURATELY MONITOR, ACCOUNT FOR, AND COLLECT RENTS AND ROYALTIES DUE THE GOVERNMENT AND INDIANS. IT WILL BE USED IN AN AUTOMATED DATA BASE FOR ACCOUNTING CONTROLS.
