Abstract: TO MAKE WAGE DETERMINATIONS UNDER THE DAVID-BACON ACT, THIS AGENCY CONDUCTS CENSUS SURVEYS IN LOCALITIES THROUGHOUT THE U.S. DATA FROM THIS CENSUS SURVEY WILL BE USED TO TEST THE VALIDITY OF CONDUCTING FUTURE SAMPLE SURVEYS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. FAVOARBLE TEST RESULTS ARE EXPECTED TO LESSEN RESOURCE AND RESPONDENT BURDENS.
