Abstract: THE ECONOMIC DISLOCATION FORM IS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT THE NEW PROVISI IN THE REVENUE SHARING ACT (31 U.S.C. 6713(C)(3) WHICH PROVIDES SPECIA BENEFITS FOR EACH LOCAL GOVERNMENT HAVING A DECREASE IN ITS REVENUE SHARING ALLOCATION DUE TO A DECLINE IN TAX DATA ATTRIBUTABLE TO AN ECONOMIC DISLOCATION.
