Abstract: THE GSL AND PLUS PROGRAMS MAKE LOANS AVAILABLE FOR POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION PURPOSES BY GUARANTEEING OR REINSURING LOANS MADE BY PRIVATE LENDERS.
