Abstract: EIA-854 COLLECTS FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONS DATA FROM COMPANIES ENGAGED IN URANIUM MINING AND PROCESSING IN THE U.S. DATA ARE USED TO EVALUATE INDUSTRY VIABILITY AS REQUIRED UNDER P.L. 97-415 SEC. 23. COMPANY SPECIFIC DATA WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED. THE SECRETARY OF ENERGY WILL MAKE A REPORT TO THE PRESIDENT AND THE CONGRESS BASED ON THE FINDINGS.
