This information
collection is approved for use through December, 1984 The
resubmission should include a satisfactory justification for the
practical utility of these paperwork requirements. OMB is
particularl concerned about the Commission's use of the performance
and technical data required by industries during the time this
collection has been administered, especially because the initial
universe of affected firm was vastly overestimated. An example of
such use is a determination o the impact of the paperwork
requirement on incident rates involving coal and wood-burning
appliances. The submission should also include an adequate
assessment of the collecton's impact on small businesses.
