Abstract: ALL TOBACCO OFFERED FOR IMPORTATION INTO THE U.S. MUST BE INSPECTED EXCEPT FOR CIGAR AND ORIENTAL TOBACCO WHICH MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE IMPORTER TO ITS INTENDED USE. THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON FORM AND CERTIFICATION LETTER WILL BE USED TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE BY TOBACCO DEALERS AND MANUFACTURERS WITH APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
