Abstract: THE REPORT IS USED BY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL OF THE DEFENSCE FUEL SUPPLY CENTER TO SCHEDULE SHIPMENTS OUT OF A CONTRACTOR'S FACILITY IN AN ORDERLY MANNER. THE LOADING RATES SHOWN ON THE FORM ARE USED TO DETERMINE ALLOWED LAYTIME FOR LOADING TANKERS AND DETERMINATION OF DEMURRAGE CHARGES PAYABLE TO THE GOVERNMENT.
