Abstract: THIS PROJECT WILL EVALUATE WORKSHARING UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE IN THE THREE STATES WITH THE GREATEST PROGRAM EXPERIENCE. IT WILL PROVIDE TH DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WITH INFORMATION THAT MAY BE USED IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING STATE WORKSHARING PROGRAMS AND FOR ITS REPORT TO CONGRESS. RESPONDENTS WILL INCLUDE FIRMS THAT USED WORKSHARING AND THOSE THAT DID NOT.
