Terms of Clearance: This request for clearance is approved with the following conditions: 1) All requests for information will be made by OCR's Washington office on the basis of the modified package submitted to OMB on 6/6/84 2) All requests for clarification of information provided by the respondents are to be made by OCR's Washington office review team. 3) All reviews of the responses are to be made by the same team of reviewers in OCR's Washington office and each response is to be reviewed by each reviewer on the team before a report of findings is prepared or any request for clarification is made. 4) Regional OCR staff are not to participate in the collection, review, analysis, prepartion of the report of findings or the letter of findings. These conditions are in conformity with representations and agreements by OCR at meetings of 5/1/84 and subsequent telephone conversations with OMB. Any variation from these conditions will invalidate this approvaland require a resubmission of the collection of information.
