Abstract: INDIVIDUALS WITH A NAME SIMILAR TO ONE APPEARING ON A TAX LIEN MAY HAVE THEIR PROPERTY AFFECTED BY THE TAX LIEN FILED AGAINST ANOTHER PERSON. INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO REMOVE THIS LIEN FROM AN INNOCENT INDIVIDUAL'S PROPERTY.
