Abstract: GOVERNMENT GUARANTY OF EQUIPMENT LOANS ACT, SECTION 3 (49 USC 1324 NOTE) PROVIDES FOR GUARANTEED LOANS TO BE MADE TO ELIGIBLE AIR CARRIERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF AIRCRAFT. 14 CFR 199 PRESCRIBES REQUIREMENTS FOR LOANS. INFORMATION IS COLLECTED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY.
