Abstract: PUBLIC LAW 98-181 (97 STAT. 1153) AUTHORIZING THE RENTAL REHABILITATIO PROGRAM REQUIRES THE DEPARTMENT AND GRANTEES TO COLLECT AND REPORT DATA RELATING TO PROPERTIES REHABILITATED AND TENANTS ASSISTED UNDER THE PROGRAM. THE DEPARTMENT WILL SATISFY THIS STATUTORY REQUIREMENT BY COLLECTING DATA THROUGH A COMPUTERIZED CASH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
