THIS REQUEST ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST IS BEING SERVED AND THAT THIS TEMPORARY AUTHORIZATION WILL NO CAUSE INTERFERENCE TO ANOTHER STATION.
