Abstract: THE FORM REQUIRES SYSTEMATIC AND COMPLETE SUBMISSION OF DATA BY GEOPHYSICAL CONTRACTING FIRMS OF DATA NECESSARY FOR THE NEPA MANDATED ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROPOSAL AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF NECESSAR MITIGATION MEASURES FOR INCLUSION IN THE FOREST SERVICE PERMIT.
