THIS SURVEY PROVIDES DATA ON THE
FACTORS WHICH HAVE INFLUENCED YOUNG PHYSICIANS TO CHOOSE PARTICULAR
TYPES OF RURAL AND HEALTH MANPOWER SHORTAGE AREA PRACTICE
LOCATIONS. THE DATA MAY BE USED TO INFORM FUTURE NHSA PLACEMENT
POLICY. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES FUTURE NHSC PHYSICIANS AND
CITIZENS RESIDING IN HMSAS.
