Abstract: THE NCHS PUBLICATIONS SURVEY WILL GATHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE AWARENESS, ACQUISITION AND USE OF NCHS PUBLICATIONS BY THOSE WHO RECEIVE THEM FROM THE NCHS MAILING LISTS, UPON INDIVIDUAL REQUEST OR THROUGH PURCHASE FROM THE GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE. THE SURVEY IS DESIGNED TO COLLECT INFORMATION NEEDED TO MANAGE THE MARKETING AND DISSEMINATION OF NCHS PUBLICATIONS.
