Abstract: HCFA REQUESTS APPROVAL OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS WHIC AFFECT THE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE ENROLLEES THEY WILL SERVE. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ENSURE THAT BENEFICIARIES RECEIVE CORRECT INFORMATION AND ARE ENROLLED IN ORGANIZATIONS ACCORDING TO THE LAW, AN THAT CONTRACTS AND PAYMENTS TO ORGANIZATIONS ARE CARRIED OUT STATUTORILY.
