Abstract: 33 CFR 146.130 WOULD PROVIDE AN EFFICIENT MEANS FOR COMPANIES INVOLVED IN THE EXPLORATION, EXPLOITATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF OIL AND MINERAL RESOURCES ON THE OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION TO ALL PERSONNEL ON MANNED FACILITIES, OTHER THAN MOBILE OFFSHORE DRILLING UNITS, AS TO THEIR DUTIES, DUTY STATION AND SIGNALS USED IN A EMERGENCY AND DURING DRILLS.
