THE ADMINISTRATIVE EVALUATION OF THE
OCCUPANT PROTECTION PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ASSESS THE PROGRAM'S
EFFECTIVENESS IN INCREASING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF SAFETY BELTS. THE
SURVEY WILL BE ADMINISTERED TO ORGANIZATIONS PARTICIPATING IN THE
PROGRAM. THE RESULTS OF THE EVALUATION WILL BE USED TO REVISE THE
PROGRAM AND NHTSA'S EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
