Abstract: THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT CLOSEOUT HANDBOOK WHICH INCLUDES THREE (3) REPORTS IS NEEDED TO COMPLY WITH AND TO IMPLEMENT (1) THE REQUIREMENTS OF OMB CIRCULAR A-102, ATTACHMENT L, (2) TITLE I SECTION 113 OF PUBLIC LAW 93-383 AND (3) HUD REGULATIONS AT 24 CFR 570.464. INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED FROM RECIPIENTS (LOCAL GOVERNMENTS) AND USED FOR CLOSING OUT UDAG FUNDED PROJECTS.
