Abstract: THE SUBMISSION OF GRANTEE PERFORMANCE REPORTS BY ENTITLEMENT GRANTEES FULFILLS THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 104(D) OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED, (P.L. 93-383).
