Abstract: TO EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT THE BOOK-ENTRY SYSTEM FOR PROJECT NOTE SALES, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT A SURVEY BE MADE TO ASCERTAIN STATE LAW DISCLOSUR REQUIREMENTS FOR ISSUANCE OF SUCH NOTES IN BOOK-ENTRY FORM. THIS ELEMENT IS PIVOTAL TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM AND CAN ONLY BE ACCOMPLISHED BY A SURVEY OF THOSE STATE OFFICIALS THAT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVING OR CERTIFYING ISSUANCE OF BONDS OR NOTES ISSUED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES.
