Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TWOFOLD: 1) TO IDENTIFY FACTORS ASSOCIATE WITH FALL-FROM-LADDER ACCIDENTS, AND 2) TO EVALUATE THE UTILITY OF CERTAIN HEALTH EPIDEMIOLOGY METHODS. RESPONDENTS WILL BE 350 OCCUPATIONAL INJURED AND NON-INJUFED LADDER USERS.
