Terms of Clearance: This request for reinstatement of a clearance, the approval number for which expired almost four months before it was resubmitted for clearance, is approved for the period ending July, l985. Should the Department wish to extend this clearance, it should consider an alternative that would reduce the flow of paper by providing clear guidelines to State agencies that would permit the States to close more cases without Federal preapproval. The expiration date must be displayed on the form together with the OMB control number as required by 5 CFR 1320.
