Abstract: PESTICIDE COMPANIES USE THIS FORM TO APPLY FOR AN EXPERIMENTAL USE PERMIT (EUP) TO SHIP AND USE CERTAIN PESTICIDE PRODUCTS. THEY USE THE PRODUCTS IN TESTING TO DEVELOP DATA NECESSARY TO SUPPORT AN APPLICATIO FOR PESTICIDE REGISTRATION. EPA USES THE FINAL REPORT TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE EUP.
