Abstract: PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BASE THEIR ESTIMATES OF INVESTMENT INCOME ON THE PROJECTED TREASURY BILL RATE AND THEIR AVERAGE CASH BALANCE. YEAR-END ADJUSTMENTS TO ALL ESTIMATES OF PHA INCOME WILL BE REQUIRED TO ASSURE THAT PHA INCOME IS PROPERLY ASSESSED IN DETERMINING NEED FOR FEDERAL FUNDS.
