granted for the 1085 and 1086 as voluntary forms. Respondents may
not be required to use these forms as the only method of selling
SBA guaranteed loans. It is recommended that SBA submit the 1084
for OMB clearance. Upon submission of the final regulation to OMB,
the use of the 1084/1085/1086 forms will be addressed.
