Abstract: SINCE HOUSEHOLD GOODS MOVE AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE, DATA IS NEEDED TO CHOOSE THE BEST SERVICE AT LEAST COST. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED AMOUNTS TO A BID FOR CONTRACT TO TRANSPORT HOUSEHOLD GOODS, UNACCOMPANIED BAGGAGE AND MOBILE HOMES. THE BEST SERVICE FOR LEAST COST CARRIER RECEIVES THE CONTRACT.
