Abstract: THE OPR PROVIDES ANA OFFICIALS WITH INFORMATON ON THE STAGES OF ACTIVI ACHIEVED BY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANTEES PURSUING LOCALLY-DETERMINED SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. GRANTS MANAGEMENT REQUIRES (OMB CIRCULAR A-102, OHDS GRANTS ADMINISTRATION MANUAL) PERIODIC REPORTS. THE TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS, ALASKAN NATIE VILLAGES, AND OTHER NATIVE AMERICAN ORGANIZATIONS, RECIPIENTS OF THESE GRANTS, HAVE SYSTEMATIZED MEANS OF REVIEWING PROGRESS.
