Abstract: HOURS AT WORK/HOURS PAID RATIOS ARE NEEDED TO CORRECTLY MEASURE LABOR INPUT FOR PRODUCTIVITY RATIOS. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED IN THE MAJOR SECTOR LABOR PRODUCTIVITY AND MULTIFACTOR PRODUCTIVITY MEASURES PUBLISHED BY BLS BOTH ANNUALLY AND QUARTERLY. THE RESPONDENTS ARE RANDOMLY SELECTED FOR-PROFIT NON-AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS.
