Abstract: DATA ARE REQUIRED PURUSUANT TO SECTIONS 4, 5, AND 16 OF THE NATURAL GAS ACT. DATA ARE REQUIRED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH FERC JURISICTIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND TO ENSURE THAT RATES ARE JUST AND REASONABLE.
