THE DATA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EIA-4 AND EIA-20, PROVIDE INPUT FOR SUPPLY FORECASTS AND ARE USED TO INFORM THE PUBLIC, INDUSTRY AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OF AGGREGATED COAL CONSUMPTION AND INVENTORIES.
