Abstract: THIS REGULATION WILL IMPLEMENT 42 U.S.C. 4601, ET SEQ., CONCERNING ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR FEDERAL AND FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROJECTS. IT WAS DEVELOPED UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF OMB BY REPRESENTATIVES OF FEDERAL AGENCIES WHICH ACCOUNT FOR 90 PERCENT OF FEDERAL REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY. IT WILL SERVE AS A MODEL FOR ALL OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES.
