DESIGN APPROVAL PRIMARY INSPECTION AGENCIES MUST EVALUATE DESIGNS PREPARED BY MANUFACTURERS, CORRECT NONCONFORMING DESIGN, AND SUBMIT APPROVED DESIGNS TO MANUFACTURERS AND HUD.
